Plate Load Power Front Squat...The one were you are front squatting pushing/driving into machine facing forward on slight angle.

The good gyms I have been in have had a Nautilus ab machine.

I used to visit one of the World gyms on Staten Island years ago. The piece of equipment that is still on my wish list is the TK Star seated calf. It hit the muscles in a way that I have not been able to find anything close to since. The company still exists but seems to do mainly custom work like Orange County Choppers.

tk is one of the best build gym equips in the biz.. they were big time back in the 80's and had some very unique pieces.. their leg equipment even today is hard to beat.. if you ever used any of their stuff it was awesome.. all by trial and error and not computerized.. they are a bit pricey now though..

we will be getting the original hammer strength plate load, nautilus pullover, and 2 smith machines (not sure what brand yet), dbs to 200, and 20-100lb plates...

A "V" dip station, the original hammer plate load, a deadlift platform, db's to 200, a vertical (no angle) smith, a power rack-one for band/chain attachments, monolift, flat/incline/decline/military bench, nautilus pullover, GHR, reverse hyper, steel log, fat bar, texas power bars, fat bars, okie bar, chains/bands, sandbags, 20-100lb plates, nebual leg press, nebula hack, nebula vertical leg press, seated/standing/donkey calf, nautilus nitro plus ab machine, prone/seated/standing leg curl, heavy bag/speed bag, this is just off the top of my head we are looking to get-plus more machines....and we are goin to get brand new cardio with TV's-i dont care how NOT hardcore that is! cuz i need to occupy my mind with sportscenter/games to do that shit! LOL plus it comes with good warranty

Be sure to get some 1 and 2 pound plates for the PLers..you also said you'll be doing PLing contests, so they can be used there too.
