What's your favorite music when lifting?

When I am lifting, usually some Butt Rock, Rap but when I am doing cardio I like listening to any Good live Trance Sets where I can hear the crowd, something about that just gives me an extra boost

Other days I might feel jittery & unfocused/ spaced out. I just turn on NPR and listen to some classical or jazz- it actually helps!
