Very diverse mix...
When I seem to need that extra "drive", I throw on some of my favorite heavy stuff - Between The Buried and Me, Necrophagist, White Chapel, Strapping Young Lad, Meshuggah, The Faceless (or I go old school and blast some Iron Maiden, who I just saw in concert last week)
But it seems that most days I'm relaxed and I listen to jazz. A few of my favorites being: Chick Corea, Tal Wilkenfeld, Five Peace Band, Medeski Martin & Wood, John Coltrane. Believe it or not, I seem to get in my best lifts when I am listening to my jazz
