Whats your favorite to run HGH while leaning.

I'm utilizing intermittent fasting right now while cutting and love it. Leangains, set up by Martin Berkhan. 16 hour fast, and 3 meals during the other 8 hours. 30% deficit on off days, 10% on training days.
 
More or less yea-if you get your weekly total its hard to do it wrong. some people swear by every day-others like eod or e3d or 10 post workout. I did 2 24 hour fasts a week. i upped gh these days as gh works better to burn fat in the absence of inulin-which when you dont eat for 24 hours your body is producing none. whith the ffa the gh keeps you anticatabolic. Fasting and gh were made for each other. If your interested in the fasting side of things google eat stop eat- i swear by it-some dont like it but i dont lose muscle with it
I like this method better than dieting. I bought the book and will begin tomorrow.
 
if your gh is good, then even 3iu/day will give you very noticable fat loss in 2-3months time. not talking someone really overweight but if you're say 15-20lbs overweight, but have a lot of lean weight too, and train regular, then you'll easily lose 15-20lbs of fat in 3months on gh, almost reguardless of diet.
I recently did 3-4iu / day and ate all kinds of shit, and didn't do much training becuase of work situation, and I got shreadded.
Also worth noting, I ate a lot of simple carbs, and complex carbs. Didn't seem to matter how much i ate i leaned right out.
Im near 40yrs old, so maybe its more effective at this age for this purpose, not sure. but It was nothing short of amazing.
I can't imagine what the result would have been had I trained cardio, and followed a clean diet.
When iwas done I was aprox 7-9%bf. and muscles were much fuller, and veins were thick and way more pronounced.

I agree. I run 4IU/day of legit american gh and the fat burning effects are better than anything I have tried.
 
3iu per day morning before food 7 days a week then a veggie juice fast once time per week then continue with a replacement meal, 1 meal a day with a juice, works well... id also like to try the 24 hour water only
