if your gh is good, then even 3iu/day will give you very noticable fat loss in 2-3months time. not talking someone really overweight but if you're say 15-20lbs overweight, but have a lot of lean weight too, and train regular, then you'll easily lose 15-20lbs of fat in 3months on gh, almost reguardless of diet.
I recently did 3-4iu / day and ate all kinds of shit, and didn't do much training becuase of work situation, and I got shreadded.
Also worth noting, I ate a lot of simple carbs, and complex carbs. Didn't seem to matter how much i ate i leaned right out.
Im near 40yrs old, so maybe its more effective at this age for this purpose, not sure. but It was nothing short of amazing.
I can't imagine what the result would have been had I trained cardio, and followed a clean diet.
When iwas done I was aprox 7-9%bf. and muscles were much fuller, and veins were thick and way more pronounced.
