All punk right now. Punk is to music what Doggcrapp is to working out. No BS. 100% effort. Short, intense, no fillers. No guitar solos, no love ballads, no drum solos...just energy. This is what separates it from metal, cuz although I like metal I could do without the 4 minute guitar solos. Most songs are 1-2 minutes of pure testosterone and then done. On to the next song.

Mix in some other OG punk like Dead Kennedys (California Uber Alles, Kill the Poor, Holiday in Cambodia) and some Black Flag (White Minority, Nervous Breakdown, Rise Above) along with Circle Jerks (Wild in the Streets, Live Fast Die Young, Wasted) and you got yourself a good workout playlist.
