What's everyone's preferred EPA/DHA Fish oil supplement and why do you like it? I'm looking for a good EPA/DHA Fish oil supplement. Thanks to all for your input!!

I use the vitamin shoppe liquid. No idea if true but heard years ago it was actually made by nordic. Makes sense because that is the other brand they carry and it's also in liquid and gel cap form at same ratios. Never been a fan of the gel caps apparently they can go rancid.

Lovaza. It’s prescription so I’m hoping it’s held to a higher quality for purity. Insurance covers 5 caps a day.

Nordic naturals…I take 3-4 grams(3-4 pills) a day..my cholesterol is perfect as long as I take it..tanks fast when I stop

There is data that suggests benefits for athletic populations up to 3g combined daily. I personally prefer Krill Oil, but it is more expensive.

I use Life Extension Super Omega 3 and Omegavia EPA. My insurance doesn't cover Vascepa. 4 grams total. Lbs seem to be good on this combination.

This could be a separate thread, but you can get your blood tested to see the Omega 3 content. Dr Rhonda Patrick is a big fan of Omega 3 and testing.
