Just switched mine up about 4 weeks ago to doing most things 2x's per week (minus legs, I just can't handle it)
Currently looks like:
Mon: Chest and Bi
Tues: Back and Tri
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Chest and Bi
Fri: Back, Tri, Shoulders
No abs right now. Abs are made in the kitchen, and it's winter time so I am an eating fool for the next couple months
Split seems to be going good though. I am on a cycle right now, so feel my body can handle the 2x's per week for the duration. Strength is continuing to go up, and visually gains seem to be being made (and others at the gym seem to agree )
