M,R Chest, Tri, Shoulders, Cardio

I pretty much always trained, Chest w/back... Shoulders and Arms.. And Legs have their own day.

But pre-show, I did the push pull, Or. Chest, Delts, Tri, Back, Traps, Biceps, forearms. Legs always alone. Abs, calves everyday precontest.

Never did cardio, not even precontest.

This year I'm under Phil's Guidance, so I don't know what Precontest will be.

Can't wait.

DC 2-way split- I'm finally starting to grow again after 30 years of screwing around with splits that did not produce results for me.
 
3 way dc. 4 days a week.
 
Monday- Chest, Hamstrings
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Shoulders, Calves
Thursday- Quads
Friday- Biceps, Triceps

2 Excercises on each muscle except 3 excercises on Back and Quads. 4 sets per excercise with 2 rest pause sets on the last set of each excercise.
