I pretty much always trained, Chest w/back... Shoulders and Arms.. And Legs have their own day.
But pre-show, I did the push pull, Or. Chest, Delts, Tri, Back, Traps, Biceps, forearms. Legs always alone. Abs, calves everyday precontest.
Never did cardio, not even precontest.
This year I'm under Phil's Guidance, so I don't know what Precontest will be.
Can't wait.
