Thanks, I think it's mostly genetic, although I'm the only one in my house with a big back, I have other brothers who work out, but they mostly have genetics for chest and arms, then I thought it was from my years of boxing, but I remember being made fun of in grammar school, being called hunchback, because I had a big back, but I was skinny as hell. As far as workout, just Pullups, weighted pullups and Reverse grip rolls. Also posing it a lot learning to hold it and breathe in, I believe a lot of it is muscle to mind connection as well.
