5min incline inclined pretraining ever workout day.... during prep, same 5 minute walk but add 15-30 minutes stairmaster post training 4-6 days a week depending on where my body is sitting along with my metabolism.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong with a link to a study, but aside from all the bro science I have yet to read any factual data on fasted cardio being better than non fasted.

I have not either. However, I have heard of a few convincing arguments from some like Jerry Ward. He said there was no advantage but separating cardio and weight training was effective because each cause an afterburn effect.
