Ideally , i would like to do it fasted in the AM , then go to work and weight trainning in the evenings after i get 3-4meals in...
 
Everyones body is different and I stick on some kinda schedule, to make my session separate from my weightlifting.
 
Depends on your goals. I fit as much in until its catabolic. Then I back off till I hit a sweet spot. It changes depending on gear use, calories consumed, and any other compounds I'm running.

35 min in the morning and then 35 min at night. That's what works for me.

I train Muay Thai. 1 hour each day before lifting weights. This is more than enough cardio for me for the week. 4 days a week.
 
I hate cardio .. I try to do very high intensity without rest to get it in at once ;)
 
Only in the morning, on days off from the weights
