When do you take your HCG?

Poll on HCG injection timing in relation to Test (TRT) shot.

I take mine in doses less than 250iu since research shows higher dosing can increase E2 production. I'll take as many doses as needed for my goal since I go up and down in weekly dosing.

I would base my HCG injection schedule based on how many times I did my TRT shot. If one TRT shot a week then hcg the day before and one HCG shot 2 days after For 500iu total a week

I inject 3x wk. I do 500u of HCG the day before the second and third shot

Switched to hcg troches from my doctor recently. 500Iu every 4 days. Got tired of the sub pin.
Is more expensive by a long shot, but works and is a nice change up.
try to do trt 2 days between doesn't always work out that way tho.
