Is there an optimal time during the day to take gh? For example, does it matter if you take it with food or fasted? Assuming 2-4 IUs per day, would it be more effective to take it all at once or split it up? Does it matter if you take it upon walking, pre wo, post wo, or before bed?

I know this question must have been asked before, but I'm not finding it when I do a search (searching on tapatalk is lousy). Can anyone point me to an article or give me an answer on this?

There are a lot of theories.
Some people have great results using high dose all post workout.
The theorie is that the human body can 't handle more then 3-4iu at once.
3iu I would take all at once.
Important is to avoid the generic hgh crap.
But the hygetropin I used worked very well at 5iu ed....

2,5iu 30 min before breakfast
2,5iu 30 min before training

I don't think it's wise to use it PWO because I want my sugars and food as soon as possible.

You should do sometimes blast with 10iu ed for a weeks and lower your dosage for a weeks....
Use it ed for a couple months then use it EOD, then go back to ED...
That's what my coach told me and he's an IFBB pro and he does know a lot about it.
He gets up at 4am in the night to get his shot and goes back to sleep...
But that's to hardcore for me :p

Why? Its an exogenous source of gh. It really shouldn't matter.

You have the risk to become diabetic if you do this...
But maybe this is broscience..... better be safe IMO

Sorry if this is a dumb question, nut what is the relationship between hgh and diabetes? Does hgh block insulin somehow?

It forces the body to use fat instead of glucose for fuel in simple terms. I've had 0 issues with gh and insulin sensitivity myself but some people do

Negative! Your body naturally releases GH 15-30 minutes into working out. You are wasting your GH. Save it till bed time.
Fasted in the morning, 30 min before food.
if you split, then night time dose on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after your last meal) right before bed.

"Hyperglycemia, as in that which occurs after the Insulin (discuss effects of insulin). Another effect of insulin is inhibiting secretion of GH. After eating insulin increases... Because of the inhibitory effects of insulin on GH, one will not achieve maximum GH secretion if a work-out is done within 2 to 3 hours after eating. After 2 to 3 hours, insulin levels return to normal. Therefore, to obtain optimal GH secretion, try to schedule work-outs 2 to 3 hours after eating"

Into a trough of your own natural GH surge! So using small amount of GHRP/GHH take it 15min later after PWO, before bed and in AM.

everything I've read said insulin has no effect on exogenous GH which is why guys take both at the same time.

I thought it blunts the secretion of endogenous GH, but not the effects of GH already in your system (whether endogenous or exogenous). But, I confess, this is just based on what I've read on the internet...
 
There's a whole lot of broscience. 50% science/ 50% magic.

I've tried it all post workout/ pre workout/ and now first thing in the morning and right at bed time.

I'm not totally convinced any one way is better than another. So far I like this new method morn/night with fasted cardio first thing in the morning.

Ashop rep said it best. what he said has been true for me. But every person is different. Prob best to keep throwing your body curveballs in the long run.
