Is there an optimal time during the day to take gh? For example, does it matter if you take it with food or fasted? Assuming 2-4 IUs per day, would it be more effective to take it all at once or split it up? Does it matter if you take it upon walking, pre wo, post wo, or before bed?
I know this question must have been asked before, but I'm not finding it when I do a search (searching on tapatalk is lousy). Can anyone point me to an article or give me an answer on this?
