I have been on TRT since I was 20. I am 22 and I am looking forward to getting married and having a couple of kids in a few more years. Well I went to my doctor and asked him about me being infertile. He did not sugar coat it for me, but he simply said that my levels were so low and I was so young and also considering the heart situation I had, that I would most likey be 98% infertile. I didnt want to believe him so I went to another endo and he said I would most likely not ever have kids naturally. What would you guys do?

I'd keep trying..maybe you'll get lucky and be in the 2% range.
I'd also research if there's something where they can take your sperm and get a good one, and artificially impregnate her.

take control of your health, stop listening to doctors

Beter yet, educate yourself and be your own fucking doctor. If there might be a problem then get the tests done on your own and find out if there it. Then find out how to fix the problem(clomid,hcg,hmg,etc)

I was told i was infertile due to steroids. 3 months later after some clomid and hmg and my sperm count was through the roof, wife got preggo soon after

Listen bro, dont EVER listen (or ask) for the OPINION of doctors. ESPECIALLY when they tell you shit like that you will never able to do such and such again. Doctors arent bad people, but they see every person as a number and a statistik. Their opinion is in 99% of all cases NEGATIVE. Maybe they do it so that they are covered legally and you dont get your hopes up. Whatever. They told me my brother who was in a serious car accident 10 years ago that he would die from his injuries. They were wrong, he lived. Then they said he would never walk again. They were wrong, he runs marathons. My brother does everything us guys do and more. Fit as hell. Im not even going to begin to get into details on what they have told me in the past or several of my other friends. Mind blowing.

Get your check-ups so you know what is up with your body. But take the stupid ass comments from doctors with a grain of salt, say thank you and leave.

By the way, there is a very recent thread on this board about the subject of fertility. Case in point is that just because you are on TRT doesnt mean you are infertile! That all by itself is total horse shit. I had a baby boy recently and my girl got pregnant not long after a heavy 3 month cycle and a pathetic PCT.

So go and make some babies bro!

like it was said before.. don't believe 100% what doctors say. i was in a very servier car accident, i actually died for 3seconds in the MICU, they said i never was going to be able to walk again blah blah blah... well 2 years later and alot of hard work proved them all wrong.
do some research and what not, take some hcg, and clomid boost your shit.

When I was 20 I injured my testes when for 3 semen anyalsis and produced zero sperm. Doctors said I never be able to get someone pregnan.. 2 years late someone I got someone pregnant and I went and had my sh*t check and I was producing sperm. So u never know.

I should have sued the doctors for saying I could not impregnate someone ever JOk but u know what I'm trying to say...

Plus there are techniques as described were they can isolate one live healthy sperm and inject into the egg.

Never say never

Doctors have been wrong more than once. The worse thing you can do right now is stress over it. That will only make your situation worse. Just relax and see what happens over time. If needed at a later date, there are some great specialists out there.

IMO they could easily produce a pregnancy by using hormones on you and doing artificial insemination. I know at least one guy that had it done. The biggest problem conceiving is when the female is having problems. Its a good thing too that its a lot cheaper than in vitro. In vitro costs like $10k a pop.

Why dont you ask them to give you a mobility test. Sperm count doesnt meant much and thats all that lowers when your on trt. Its all about the mobility. Even if one is mobile you can still get your wife pregnant.

i went to the doctor a few years back bc of gyno issues from hcg after cycle with no nolva.i told him what i was using and he told me to stop taking aas and asked me if i was tring to be the next mr.o.also said the little gyno i had was from protein.i was so mad i wanted to blast him.what a waste of a copay.see an hrt doctor bc most of these doctors dont have a clue about aas use.

My TRT doctor specializes in fertility, they are out there. He has had a lot of difficult cases yield positive results. He used to always check with me to ask if that was a concern of mine so he could alter treatment.
