Whenever you want. If you have plenty and your gonna use it then all through the cycle stopping just before pct. If you have limited supply then I would personally use it in the 2nd half of a cycle till pct.

what benefits do you guys get from doing this during your cycle? ive only done it last 3 weeks of prep and it just helped me dry out more. thoughts please.
