Buffchick and i were at a resort through the weekend for some much needed R&R... Not to mention that Dusty n I have been grinding the hours out over the last couple of weeks. We have a show this weekend and have a bunch of clients competing. So, extra hours with posing and prep consults. Should be a busy week this week as well.

This weekend is the Natural Western Regionals and in two weeks we are off to Cali for one of Lindsay's Natural shows. From there we have two weeks before heading off to the Orange County with yet another group. It's been crazy busy between the diets, training and of course posing. We try to make sure that our athletes are not only the best conditioned but also the most polished in reguards to presentation as well.
