I particularly enjoy reading diet critique threads, but lately nobody is posting them . I did a search and in the past 3 months there are more syntherol threads than diet threads :banghead: I'll post my diet from my last contest just for fun (it worked well by the way, I was 165 at the time). Now let's see some diet threads!
WAKE UP: Drink 16 oz of water and take regular minerals, vitamins and St Johns Wart prior to doing morning workout
SNACK: Eat a 1/2 grapefruit and tke a nitric oxcide product 30 minutes prior to cardio
CARDIO: Do programs #1, #4 and #13 each once a week and 20 minutes of bike on leg and back days
MEAL ONE: Eat 8 egg whites with 1 yolk when you get finished with cardio
MEAL TWO: Eat 3 Tbsp of cream of rice, 3 egg whites and 5 oz of chicken with glutamine
MEAL THREE: Eat 4 oz of tuna rinsed and 1 cup of green beans with 10 almonds
MEALFOUR: Eat 3 oz of flank steak, 3 oz of chicken with 3 plain rice cake
MEAL FIVE: Drink a 40 gram low carb low fat shake with a Tbsp of flaxseed oil and take 1000 mgs of Vitamin C
MEAL SIX: Eat the other half of your grapefruit with 4 to 6 oz of chicken at least 60 minutes prior to second workout and take thermos
TRAIN/CARDIO: Do 20 minutes of6 to 10% incline walking with your heart rate at 65 to 75% three nights. Three other night train abs for 10 minutes hard and calves for 10 minutes hard then 10 minutes of step mill
