Home, pl gym or commercial facility? And what is your preference on training partners vs on your own?

I like to train at the gym, many people, a good atmosphere and inspired music. lol:yeahthat:

I have several gyms I frequent depending upon the weekday and whether I'm home or not


Anytime fitness
Planet fitness for tanning and cardio when needed
School gym
Then my main gym when I'm at school, has all the equipment I need then several women competitors

And a rather large facility when I'm home

Train mostly by myself due to my schedule

I train at 24hr fitness. They're everywhere here in Denver.

I go to golds. 10 bucks a month and literally next to were I work at. Go in before work and get it in

I train at a private gym thats very hardcore and its a mans gym

I train at EOS, formerly Golds here in Vegas.

I pay $15/month and that allows me to train at any of the EOS gyms.

I like to train at different ones from time to time. Especially on the weekends.

Gym in western sydney called bodyfit. Awesome modern gym but still with a hardcore element to it. Not the typical 24hr commercial gym

LA Fitness, the one i go to is only about 5 yrs old, HUGE and convenient. AND, believe it or not, my apts have a pretty decent gym w/ dumbbells that only go up to 50lb, 2 ellipticals, 2 treads and an awesome multi-function cable machine. SUPER convenient, and never that busy.

I'm used to training alone. I used to train in different gyms, as I often moved. Now I'm organizing a place in the garage)))

I train at a commercial gym. It's not "hardcore", but they have DB's that go up to 140lbs, so it's all good. I prefer to train alone. Not for any particular reason, just have been doing that way for years, so it's what I'm used to.

this , i have lost a few trainning partners over the years, plus now i bring my kids w me and i have limited time to lift

Eh I'm at workout anytime unfortunately they do not have any bars capable of handling a decent weight. They all stay bent [emoji15]

I train at AcAc of timonium, used to be a merrit gym but got bought out about a year or so ago.
The gym is nice but the people there suck, the trainers think they are gods gift to the world.

Nysc — week days full of pepole most of them dont know what they do , personal trainers big joke — good thinks is large and weekends mornnings is empty all for me.
