I live in Indiana which was one the last states to go otc with it in 2021. It was because eli lilly is based in Indianapolis and they want you paying $600 a vile for theirs.

I don’t compete, there’s a nice selection of humalog in the vendor section here you can get shipped to ya within 1-2 weeks but I can’t be bothered to do that when I can pop into Walmart with a couple crisp $20s and be set for months lol

IMHO it is always a smart idea to go the legal route if it is so easily available. And if it is injected IM, it acts pretty fast as well. And it is so much cheaper than other formulations of Insulin, 20 bucks for a vial that covers your Insulin Needs for months is a damn sweet deal - really jealous that we don't have that over here in Europe

Yeah dude i just started slin a month ago, I wanted to go el cheap route first to see how I reacted to it before ordering a ton from a sponsor I may not use. Not sure how one would donate illicitly gotten slin .

Turns out, pushing the Walmart brand IM works great and I like it a lot.
