Where should I start advice ?

Long story short . Been over a year ago I been recovering from a left pectoral major rupture and a torn pec minor. Had go for a allograft.

Been doing gear for 20yrs but sometimes when out of it or going back gym again don’t you feel little lost .

So gear I have on hand listed on the bottom where would you start for cycle.

100iu kit hgh
Testosterone enanthate 250mg
Tren 100mg
Winny tabs 50mg
Anavar tabs 25mg
Clen 40mcg
Dbol 50mg
Anadrol 50mg

What cycle would you put together if you could to start ?

If you want to include HGH you need at least another kit.
