Where to find workout videos for iPad

It would be awesome to be able to watch Branch Warren, Ronnie Coleman, Jay's, etc, etc. workout videos on the iPad. This would be a great way to pass time during cardio. Has anyone tried ripping a workout dvd and putting it on their ipad?

If you have the dvds or whatever video types you can rip them to the ipad format(mpeg4 i think).

Just do a simple google search...
DVD to mpeg 4.
AVI to mpeg4.
