where to get labs done without a doc?

I can't seem to find it on this site but I know its here. Anyways, I don't want to use my doc this time since they give me trouble every time I ask for test levels to be checked too. Where can I find an online test to bring to labcorp? does labcorp do the results or do I need to send them back to the company that I ordered them online from? thanks

PrivatelabsMD uses Labcorp. Order on the site, pay them, they will email you the requisition form for what test you chose. Print that out and bring it.....ALONG WITH ID.....to the nearest Labcorp. You'll get your results emailed to you in a day or 2.
