Where to TRAIN IN VEGAS

Going to Vegas next week, any suggestions on where to train?? The gymn at The Wynn wants $25 per day to work out!!!!

If you have a franchise membership you might want to see if you can use a travel pass. There are still a few Golds in Vegas.

Dont have a franchise pass, the gymn i workout at is not franchised.

The facilities at teh Las Vegas health and something or other. There's a few of them around town. I think i was at the one out on I want to say Tropicana? Lots of people but the facility is flipp'n nice

whenever I travel, I go to the gym there and ask them for a week pass at a discount rate, they usually will do that, most places are around $10.00 per visit, and since I only go 3 times a week it's either 20 or 30 for the week.

locally there are gyms on just about every side of town.

There are 5 golds still open that i know of, and a new one being built, only the Decature/Sahara location closed down.

Some of the big hotels have huge fitness centers in them, you can see hard rocks when you walk in from the garage through the glass.

24 hour fitness is also all over the place including the airport and downtown behind freemont street.

Las Vegas Athletic Club's also all over town, off the top of my head 5 of em.

Anytime Fitness is a smaller one but also all over town as well as some other small ones.

If you want a real hardcore gym, the golds on Flamingo/Sandhill is the place to go. If you want to look at ass, any of the others will do fine

yea stick with golds. i just found out LVAC doesn't take non residents when we tried to take my girlfriends sister who was visiting. They would not let her train there because she wasn't a resident.

From what i remember, golds was $10 for a day pass for non members.

If you want a real gym flamingo and sandhill, if you want a vegas gym any of the LVAC's.

A angle I have used before is to say I am thinking about moving and want to scout and compare local gyms. I ask what it would take to get a week pass to try out their gym. With exception of a couple times I have had a week or 3-4 day pass comp'd by the desk or sales person. Daily rates are freaking rediculous. Might be a little shady if you're their on business, but they'd just as soon screw you out of a months dues for a day or two.

There is only one to GO to or be at. And this best choice is Golds at Flamingo and Sandhill. Its about 3-4 miles off the strip.
