ive been just grabbin mine at the grocery store , but when i stock up it can be pretty spendy

in 40s i have high blood pressure(lisinopril) and cholesterol just over 200 ,ldl138 and hdl36

take fish oil, glucosimine,milk thistle was taking dhea gonna drop that and ide like to find some affordable cq10,red rice yeast ,curcumin
anything else youde add?

i get them at gnc, my usual regimen is, multivitamin, fishoil totaling 1.8g omega 3, a heart health combo pill with hawthorn coq10 magnesium and grapeseed, potassium, and saw palmetto
