Whey Allergy?

So my coach has had me using isopure for about the past year, through my bulking and now inot my prep. Currently I am 11 weeks out. For about the past 2 weeks I have been having a terrible reaction to my preworkout shake. I am on keto and the shake is just 50g of isopure. ABout 30 min after i take it in my stomach starts going nuts. Gotta keep burping, feel bloated and nauseous and many times end up throwing up. So this past monday I switched to Dymatise iso100. First couple days my stomach was great but today right back to the same problems. Right down to throwing up again. Any ideas what this could possibly be from? Why all the sudden I would be having a reaction after using it for close to a year?

I'm the same with 100% whey. Any type.

Casein is no problem. Now I'm using a 50/50 mix of whey/casein with no problem.

The problem started about a year or so ago. I tried whey again by itself a couple months ago to see if it still occurred and it did. So I know it's whey.

ya whey allergies can just show up unexpectedly

go with a mix or try a plant based protein

You can develop protein allergies to any protein. Thats why John Meadows recommends rotating all your proteins. Everything including powder and meats.
