Recently, I made the decision to get my whey protein from ISOLATE only. Not ion-exchanged, but Cold Filtrated / Microfiltered.
Let me tell you - already I'm noticing the difference. In strength and bloating: Lots of strength, NO BLOATING. And I didn't think I was lactose intolerant, but apparently my stomach thinks otherwise! LOL.
I reccomend that people give straight Isolate a try - whether it's from synthetek (board sponsor, SUPPORT THEM - click the link!) or any other source. Just make sure it's 100% ISOLATE, whatever form it may be with zero fillers.
After BigA gave me the rundown of Synthetek's isolate, I decided to give ISOLATE a try and it's a huge difference. The change from the commercial powders to real isolate with ZERO fillers is absolutely amazing.
Mixes easy, like you're still drinking water. It's really crazy ...
