PS: I love in europe so there's no truprotein unfortunately

Pure Supplement Powders have an excelent whey isolate protein. I made miself a nice Christmas present and bought 15 kg, hopfuly enough for a whole year

I was surprised by it's quality. 96% pure protein. didn't upset my stomach at all so I believe it's lactose free.

Prescription Nutrition sent me some samples and their proteins are really good. If you are located on the east coast they will save you some money over True Protein due to the shipping costs. I really liked their Pro Blend, cold-filtered whey isolate, and membrane micellar casein proteins. I had them in chocolate sweetened with stevia/sucralose. The stevia gives it a different taste then other chocolate proteins I've had. It doesn't taste bad but I would probably stick to just sucralose next time. I forgot that the hydrolyzed 520 protein needs to be mixed with other proteins and I mixed with milk all by itself. It tasted horrible. Their micellar casein protein is great and does not have the gritty texture of other caseinates I've had. It is thicker then whey but not gritty.
