which AI do you prefer on cycle?

I have a-dex and aromasin plenty of each on hand and was wondering what one many of you prefer while on cycle? I had the idea that since aromasin is already part of my pct why not just run it throughout ya know.... any thoughts gentz...



My cycle
150mg test p eod
100mg npp eod

I front loaded the first week at 100mg of each per day and it was effing awesome:headbang::star-war: BTW i love these graffiti things lol

Ok first off i personally wouldnt run an AI during your pct. You need estrogen levels to get back to normal when you cyce off.

I have ran both adex and aromisin and truthfully i think they work the exact same for me. Adex removes a little more water but for your cycle, water wont be an issue. So i would say run what seems to work best for you.

ive only been doing this since 07 but everything ive read up to this point i would say aromasin is best on cycle.

Aromasin for sure. Take it with a high-fat meal, and you'll increase it's absorption by 40%.

and it doesn't make a lot of difference.

I find a-dex a bit more effective at preventing puffiness than a-sin. Letro is good, but I find it reduces libido a bit.

None of these AIs, including letro, wipe out estradiol in men: 50-60% reductions are typically what you get. The talk of 95% reduction is nonsense. When you are on a bunch of test, your E2 will normally be high: 60-120. So, a 50% reduction takes you back to the normal range.

(My *theory* for letro's libido suppression is that letro may be more active in the brain. Even when my E2 was 20 or higher letro still produced this side.)

My latest E2 was 24. Pretty much spot on. I was taking 0.5mg /day of arimadex vs. 200mg test cyp a week + 500mg. non-aromatizable stuff. (Don't worry about igf-1 suppression if you take a little gh. Mine was 560. )

Try some masteron or proviron and you may not need an AI at all. Will help prevent nandro libido reduction too. IF that isn't enough, I'd probably go with a-dex.
