I posted this on the beginners forum too. I'm about 4 weeks away from finishing my first cycle of Deca, Winstrol, & Proviron. I stayed away from test as I didn't want the bloating side effects. I got awesome gains from the cycle, both in the mirror and from the scale - BF stayed reduced a little but I still think I'm about 13-15%. Weight wise I went from 220 to 235 last week and hopefully I'll go up a little more with the 4 weeks remaining, I hope. I would like to hit 240 before cutting. Sature wise I'm 6'-2" tall. After my last 4 weeks with my current cycle, I got about 3 weeks of nolvadex/clomid to get my natural test back to normal. Then nothing planned yet after that. I'll work on getting some pics on the forum.
My goal is to compete in my 2nd show sometime this spring, probably late April / early May. As such, what would ya'll recommend as a cutting cycle for me? It will be my first cutting cycle BUT I also want to come into the show ripped and shredded - my gut melted away (I think I'm inheriting my fathers which is no good).
I did my 1st show spring of 2005, a natural show and got my butt whacked. 3rd place in Novice heavyweight, got a cool trophy, but there was only 3 in my category and I looked pathetic compared to everyone else. It was an awesome experience, very new to me so I was extremely nervous during my individual posing, but a good starting point. I came in at 190 lbs for that show, starting a 208 lbs 16 weeks out.
Through my PT we've designed a strong pre-contest training & nutrition regiment for me but the cycle part I'm trying to figure that part out. So, what would be a good cutting cycle for me? Weight wise I'd like to remain around the 240 to 250 lb off-season and get down to 225 to 230 for contests. That would be awesome! I know I've got another year before I hit that so any recommendations for off-season cycles will help too. But from before, I would like to stay somewhat away from the stuff that makes you bloat badly.
Thanks
