Hey guys, Iv'e been out of training for about 7 months and just put on a crap load of body fat, around 12kg of weight too be honest.
Im 5ft11 and weigh 89kg not sure about BF though.
Im wanting to get rid of as much BF as possible but dont want to loose muscle as I have a decent amount.
I start fasting for 30 days in around 8 weeks, so I have 8 weeks to get in shape and loose as much BF as possible and then in september I'll be starting a fresh bulk hopefully trying to put on clean weight.
I eat lots of junk and love sweet,sugary and choc foods!!-but this is going to have to come to an end
I''ll be doing about 5 days a week in the gym,individual body parts each session and hoping to do cardio everyday! maybe a mixture of HIT and low.
What sort of diet plan do you guys think I should follow? because obviously diet is the main thing.
