Cialis everyday 10mg 25mg Viagra if really need to get rocked up!! 50mg chewable Viagra I like too kamgura...
Levetra think it's 35mg??? also on top Cialis 10mg
And Caber 0.25mg 2x if on 19nor or hgh. Caber does alot for ED and I consider a ED med if a gear and hgh user like myself!!!

On headache sinus with Viagra I am used to them don't get anymore but Viagra or Levetra best if needed 30 minutes before on empty stomach....

I use Cialis 10mg a day extra vasodation and normally works on own anytime. Age and stress play a role in my need also I don't need to pull truck over in rush and take leak on way home from work after taking leak just before leaving and no all night getting up take leak!! My PSA hardly registers but before 10mg Cialis a day I sure had prostate swelling symtoms....

Cialis for me Viagra gives me bad ass headaches~ TRT cycle also helps a lot!

I don't come off so only blast or correct ratios help... not always easy with stress and age but these work headache from blood vadodation in sinus areas mostly Viagra Cialis selective to other areas...
Heard of it in others with Cialis but not common. Your bp may be getting too low and head ache from that.
5mg Cialis or 25mg Viagra IMO at first and may be check BP after see what is going on to be safe. Some sensitive to bp drop and head ache not as much with Cialis or u would have one for longtime with Half-Life

I can not comment on premature...however Cabergoline (which I just started taking) has helped me out a great deal with staying hard and continuing...which I have never been able to do...

VIAGRA HANDS DOWN. Reason for this is because when I am using gear it really enhances the effect the ED supplement. I don't want to have to stay super horny for 2-3 days. Its painfull and frustrating. I use about 25 mg of Viagra with around 125mg testosterone a week and I'm gangster!
