Was wondering about this.
For people who don't blast and cruise (I plan on it later in life but I'm still young and I don't plan on going pro so I don't want to be on all the time at this point in my life) what is better for your HPTA recovery, and overall health.
Running one, long (~20 week) cycle or running 2 or 3 (~8-10 week) cycles per year.
Interested to hear peoples opinions on this.
