hey bro's i have my nipples really sore well not the nipple itself but more around it thats really sore to a tough.and feels like bumps of meat under the flesh.i have nova at hand should i take the nova 20mg a day or should i try to find arimedex instead.

if you have nolv on hand then start taking it, but i would also find so arimd. i think it is more effective for gyno then nolv. dont get me wrong nolv is good but it is usually used to prevent gyno. imo

From what I have read Adex with just stop the Estrogen but it will not get rid of the lump itself if you have one. You need to take Adex to stop the Estrogen build up and take Nolva for a week to get rid of the lump. If you catch it early enough with the Nolva it wont be permanent.

so if i just take the nova at 40mg ED for the first week and then drop it to 20 mg ED will it work with out taking the other stuff.and then stop the nova when it gos away.

Not sure why, but the others have it backwards. Arimidex is used to prevent estrogen conversion and thus prevent gyno. Nolvadex is used to treat the gyno itself.

Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) is prescribed to women that have breast cancer to reduce the tumors.

Now I have heard Letro is good for gyno also, but I personally haven't experimented or researched that yet.
