I'm new to peptides but I'm looking to jump in. Which should I use?
Currently recomping I've got GH NPP and Test but at about 25% bf I'm looking for fat burning first.

Shouldn’t even need drugs to lose bodyfat if your 25%. Cardio and little food. Easy as that. I wouldn’t even take any steroids until I got lean enough that you can see what it’s doing.

Thanks for the concern guys but I've been cycling for 20+ years. Training for 35. Mom was a competitive bodybuilder.
I am well aware that cardio and diet will give me everything I want in time. And that is all in place, already being done.

That's not why I made this thread. I made this thread to get input on peptides.
If you have some peptide advice, that would be great!

►there are definitely PEPTIDEs & AAS that are "more conducive" for fat loss goals ..i don't think that anyone will deny that

▲BUT that said ..it's like these guys are telling you (..& i agree with) NOTHING TAKES THE PLACE OF DIET

..i have an old saying "DIET DICTATES"

..CARDIO is another thing that is irreplaceable/indispensable for progressive fat loss


^^^when you have these two sorted out ..THEN the benefit & assistance of AAS/PEPTIDEs/PEDs becomes PROFOUND


^^^ALL THAT SAID; there are MANY on that list that will "HELP" you with your goal of fat loss
..in my experience IGF-lr3 works VERY well & is VERY good for this goal

Any gh related peptide will aid in fat loss, I just don't think the money is well spent on them for that purpose. You already have gh, run it. You will get a far better response from it than the peptides IMO.
 
Since you already have potent aas, and gh…I’d suggest mt2. It’ll curb your appetite and will actually help get ffa in the bloodstream. This will help stick to diet and not wanna binge. Helps with sensitivity of insulin as well. That being said, add some metformin or Berberine at 500 mg of twice per day to help with insulin sensitivity. Gh or not, the more insulin sensitive you are the better for fat loss.

Those are my recommendations to help keep to your diet and make the diet more effective.

There isn’t a peptide out there my man thats gonna drop you down from 25% to say 10-13% BF.

Some are for increasing appetite, some for healing benefits, others enhance AAS cycles, goes on & on. However, you won’t even notice anything from em unless your abs are at least visible.

None of em are a cure all… DNP is the best at stripping off fat. Course you’ll feel shitty the whole time on it.

Cardio 5-6 days weekly for 40 minutes a day. Do this for 3 months with a caloric deficit and you’ll drop that BF down quickly. Unless you’re in your 50’s or older. Then ya may need more time.

I've done the GHRP2 and 6 and Ipamorelin with CJC 1295 (mod) protocol back in the datbtrue days. Multiple high end sources over a year or so including him. Total waste of my time and money. Same for a buddy. Made no difference I could tell. Also ran Frag for fat loss and same deal. Run real GH and even that's subtle.

PT-141 for sex drive with some cialis is GTG. Makes for a fun weekend. Works for tanning as well though it's supposed to not be as potent for that as the peptide it's derived from.

Have not tried others.
 
I'll echo what others said although you don't want to hear it. At 25 percent I don't think you have any need for peptides but more discipline diet wise. It's like a guy 130 lbs asking about using lantus.
 
If you at 25% body fat, you are eating absolute crap. Look at the source and stop depending on drugs. I can show you loads of guys in gyms who never change their diet, do drugs and it still doesn't help them change much.
 
I used IGF-1 and had zero results. And this came from an accredited lab that was scripted by my TRT doctor. When I mean zero results, I mean absolutely zero. It was very expensive though...
 
At 25% i would wait till the dieting stalls out and then possibly using peptides rather then up my aerobics a great deal.

in my experience ghrp 2 or 6 with cjc shit i forget now if with or without dac but that combo is freakin tits! in terms of effectiveness and being kinda sorta legal. the one thing i will say is quality varies greatly. but you also know basically upon admin if these things work. every time i have jumped on those within 2 weeks or so i am noticable fuller and leaner. close to a 10lb swing right away. i like them better then gh. gh takes longer to see effects and i found less visual at lower doses.

ive done all soprts of igf some hgh but no joke ghrp + cjc is one of the most noticable things i have ever used. i played with ip but not enough to say much other then i think cjc was better.

i think if you didnt see it right away you got poor quality gear.

There is no magical peptide. You want a vial that will help you look better and lose fat? its called GH and its been here a while.

Even MT2 and HGH Frag are trash compared plain ole GH.
MT2 gave me raging boners and many people assumed I was African American which was cool except when I hooked up with a girl they ask why don’t you have a BBC? 🤣

To the OP: Fat loss is all about putting in less calories than you burn on a consistent basis. Add in daily cardio and weights and you’ll drop body fat loss bet time. A basic formula is take your body weight times 10 then multiply by 90%. 90% of maintenance calories per day plus a minimum of 30 minutes cardio everyday, but preferably an hour, and an hour of weight lifting 5 days a week, will keep the fat coming off.
Diets can be arranged many different ways. I prefer 5-6 small meals consisting of nuked egg whites, boiled chicken breast or grilled extra lean ground turkey breast, steamed broccoli, peas, carrots, cauliflower, etc., and a cup of steamed rice(basmati rice is best(less starch)). Small portions means 350-400 calories per meal. Whey/oat shakes in water are great too.
