I'd probably do a GNRH and GHRP combo in conjunction with the exo GH you're using...pin the peptides (fasted), wait 15-20mins then pin growth
FWIW my current routine (I work out in the mornings which is convenient for fasted peptide/GH dosing) looks like this:
-5am: 100mcg modgrf 1-29 and 100mcg ghrp-2
-515: 5-10iu generic GH (depending on bodypart, on/off season etc)
-530: cream of rice+coffee
->I would take my orals here if using them, i.e: drol/sdrol, clen/ECA pre-contest
-6am: arrive at the gym, light cardio warmup then pin test suspension and/or humalog (if applicable) in the handicap washroom
-615: weights for 75-120mins(depending on bodypart)+intraWO shake
-8am: cardio(during prep), shower, head to work, eat(oats+casein) and nap
