which peptides to speed recovering from having a baby?

A good friend recently had a baby and the birth was vaginal and lets just say she is a bit torn up. She is breastfeeding but is ok with 'pump and dump' if she has to. Which peptides and dosages would you recommend to help aid her recovery? Thanks in advance

tell her she is now a mom, time to stop being selfish. Get the kid moms milk that it needs. Plus its the best way to burn/expend calories. breast feeding is equal to burning up to 500 calories a day. Her VA-JAY-JAY will heal on its own.

I would never recommend for a female to take any hormones that the doctor isn't prescribing her post labor. The peps increase natty gh which in turn will probably end up in her breast milk and ultimately, that ends up in the baby's mouth. I think it's a horrible idea, but maybe one of the doctors on this board could speak on this.
