Regular training split 4-5x weekly + cardio w/structured diet in caloric surplus
Scenario 2 Training sometime 2 x a day but at least 10 times weight training week , no structure in diet eating surplus calories
Please don't include aas assume its factored already
In other words sufficient workload while in calorie surplus or surplus workout workload and surplus food
