If choose 3. I don’t know anybody in real life who’s had these crazy issues, I run dhb at varying dosages damn near year round and I’ve gone up to 1gram a week for 10 weeks and never had any of these problems . Not to say they’re all lying as I know Luki is extremely honest, but I wonder if they either had fake dhb or it was how it was made.
