Well... in this case, I might as well accelerate the process and indeed dye mine... but in full white! [emoji14] I am (was lol) blond, so the contrast shouldn't be too gross...
Again like a lot of things biological, it comes down to DNA. A classmate of mine in highschool was just about 1/2 bald by his senior year and a guy I know was mostly grey by the time he was 32 years old.
I started getting a few stray grey hairs at about 46 years old. I am 48 now and notice a few more as time goes by. Getting them really slowly, and to me they almost look like they are bleach blond. Doesn't bother me yet.
I am 49.. I had blonde hair up until I was 38 or so.. Then turned brown.. Literally in a few months... My beard was reddish.. Even now my hair is brown.. Very little grey.. A strand here and there.. But my beard is 100 percent white.. My goatee now is pure white when just 6 or 7 years ago it was a mix of red and grey..the killer that bugs me is how dark my hair got literally almost overnight..
Starting going gray about 38-40, now 50 and I don;t even know how gray I am as a use semi-permanant hair color about every ten days. I use is daily on my beard, as they mens beard hair color causes a rash. The semi-permanent stuff is NOT made for beard coloring, but if you use it daily, for 5-7 minutes, I get nice salt and pepper beard color along with my hair. I's look 10 years older with all gray hair, no thanks!
It was about age 47 I started seeing some grey in my hair.
The facial hair has a ton of grey in it, so I shave daily or I
think it looks crappy. I dye it once a month right after I get a haircut.
