white or brown rice?

What do you guys prefer during a bulk? Im bulking and using brown rice but i like white rice so much better. What would you recommend for someone bulking test only no slin or gh?

I tend to digest brown rice better than white rice.. White rice always makes me feel bloated.. But i tend to be stronger when i consume more white rice than brown rice.. So off season, if im eating rice.. I keep white rice meals earlier in the day and switch over to brown rice later on.... Try different scenarios.. Have a couple of all white rice days.. Then a couple of all brown rice days.. Try to mix brown with white.. See which combination works best for you.. All trial and error my friend..
 
Do 50/50 mix of jasmine and sweet rice. You'll love it...great aroma and texture. ;)
 
cool thanks guys. Ive just always read that white rice digest fast and causes an big insulin spike. Which with my diet im eating whole wheat pasta or brown rice with about 4-5 meals of the day.
 
white rice does not exist naturally, it exists only after milling and processing. generally whenever a natural food is processed it becomes GARBAGE.

White rice is the name given to milled rice which has had its husk, bran, and germ removed. This is done largely to prevent spoilage and to extend the storage life of the grain. After milling, the rice is polished, resulting in a seed with a bright, white, shiny appearance.

The polishing process removes important nutrients. A diet based on unenriched white rice leaves people vulnerable to the neurological disease beriberi, due to a deficiency of thiamine (B1). At various times starting in the 19th century many have advocated brown rice or wild rice as a healthier alternative. The bran in brown rice contains significant dietary fiber and the germ contains many vitamins and minerals (see whole grain). This is in contrast to the traditional view of brown rice, where it was associated with poverty and famine.
