whitened my bed sheets from the ammonia in my sweat.

i got blue bed sheets and just lately i started noticed little bleach look alike marks and new this could only be my sweat and looked it up and ammonia bleaches clothes too. so i know now also to watch out for wearing colored shirts when sweating alot. this must be also been inhanced because of being on a cycle for the past couple months from all the extra protien synthesis, any of yall learn this the hard way?

You dont happen to use any acne washes or creams do you?

Ive noticed some of my clothes getting slight bleach marks from some acne face creams I use. Some creams use Benzoyl Peroxide. Which is a bleaching agent.

Ive never heard of sweat bleaching items. Just staining.

I have also ruined sheets and towels using Benzoyl Peroxide washes.

I had this happen to me many times when I would
throw my sweat soaked shirt on floor after the gym

Ammonia is what it smelled like the next day

I have white stains on my sheets but I can
assure you they are not from either of those
