Whites & Grits

1 pack/1 serving of instant grits (original flavor), mix it with your preferred serving of egg whites (after you cook it of course). I throw in two slices of cut up turkey bacon, and cheese but that's optional.

To really set it off with flavor, i use a little of bbq sauce and mix it all up.

Anyone else do this? Stuff is great!

i love grits and eggs!!! so much better than oats! you have to have cheese lol. next time ill try sweet rays bbq sauce on it, cause thats the only kind of bbq sauce i buy lol

Sweet Baby Ray' is the best.

I also like taking Butterball Turkey bacon (2 slices), wrap in paper towel and throw it in the microwave, nuke it for 2 minutes, let it sit and you have perfect crispy bacon. They also make bacon trays for the microwave that work well.
