Who eats at a buffet several times a week to get their calories/protein ??

So yesterday I decided to go to this Chinese Buffet I've been hearing so much about. Now mind you I haven't been to a buffet place since my friends and I got kicked out of one 2 years ago.

When I walked into this place I couldn't believe my eyes. This place had two sections just for Chinese food, one section just for seafood with 5 different types of shrimp, 6 or so different fish choices, an american section that had ribs and chicken, and even a large sushi section.

I told myself I'm gonna eat $10.00 worth of food easily.

Now I know that chinese food in general isn't healthy, but I'd like to know how many of you Bros go to some type of Buffet to help get your calories and protein??

btw I think buffets seriously contribute to obesity in our society as I saw more fat people there in one hour that I saw in one month

i have not eat at buffet in awhile,i get to bloated from eating to much + sodium,by the way Chinese food is generally healthy but the Chinese food here has a western slant to it.
 
I do....2 or 3 times a week I'm at Golden Corral...I can't get enough. Great salad bar, cook to order steaks (kind of), lots of meat and good carbs. Just need your iron will to stay away from the bad stuff there, as it is plentiful too.
 
when fall comes and its bulking time, u can sure bet ill be hitting the buffet
 
If i went to an all you can eat more then 1ce a week id probs be dead in a year :(
 
Damn right chinese food is where it is at I love it :) It is good after a back or leg workout.
 
Same here winter comes and I hit the buffet at least once a week sometimes two. I have a couple buffets where I live and they can become addicting.
 
I am not heavy tren or hgh user so no i dont hit buffets if i still want my abs

No more permabulk mentality here
 
Hell I used to hit the chinese buffet mostly sushi and hibachi not much fried stuff just high calories I will do it even in pre contest mode 1 day a week for cheat meal always seemed to help me with sanity. Makes me feel better alway progressed after cheat meal if I was at a sticking point.
 
While living in Reno I once went on a "3 buffet per day" diet...

I also live in Reno, I hit Toucan Charlie's at the Atlantis Casino and the buffet inside the Eldorado Casino. Usually in the winter time, two best buffets in Reno in my humble opinion.
 
Buffet is cool just depends what ya eat really. Man Vegas has some bomb ass buffets. The Wynn and Rio some of the best in the world
 
Just did a sushi all you can after training today. It was fresh made good stuff not that dryed out low grade shit some try to call sushi. $22.. T
 
Turbo,, You call sushi a cheat,, I think of it as the healthiest food on the planet,, fish rice, veggies... Most sushi bars have the fish right in the window and should always be fresh as can be,,,, But i have heard stories i guess it depends what country your in

Turbo you sound like my type of eating ,, you ever try mongolian??

your table has a little grill on it and you adjust the temp and you choose your meat ,( chicken, beef, shrimp) they bring it to you raw and you cook it to your liking your meal comes wih rice salad and a bowl of meat broth soup ,,

the best thing to do it dump the rice and meat all in the soup and the spin it round and it comes out tender

i used to kill the golden coral but stop eating there because i could not stay away from the carrot cake and banana pudding that stuff is great

yes one of my favorite after training meals. No I think sushi is really healthy .
I eat it any chance I get.. Ever try octopus on the grill? great diet food for me. If you could see me now you would know I have not been on the grilled octo for a loooong time... Thanks T
