I don’t know about you guys, but I have felt sluggish from eating too much for a few days now. My mom lives with us now and both she and my wife and been making less than healthy food. I woke up feeling like crap, so I rode the exercise bike for an hour on an empty gut. I still have not eaten anything and I feel a little better now. image.jpg
 
I did. We were supposed to go to my daughters to see all my kids and the grandkids. My wife recently got past Covid and tested negative this morning., I on the other hand tested positive! Feel great, so we stayed home and I did chest/delts/tris in my home gym.
 
I can't. I'm being held captive by wife and daughter. It's like being on trens standing in a 3 x 3 cell.
 
I got a good one in yesterday, got rid of my home gym this past summer. Wish my gym was open I wouldn’t have definitely knocked one out to make me feel better, I hate the holidays they are nothing to me but work always have been.

That is pretty funny! I have a lot of equipment here at my house, so I really have no excuse not to get up early and lift or whatever.
 
The only holiday I cut loose eating on is Thanksgiving, I will not train today or do cardio, still keto, diet doesn't change, I just eat a little less today due to inactivity.

Saturday and Sundays are off days from the gym anyways.
 
I'm going to work out in my home gym in a half-hour here. Shoulders and bench press maybe some cable pushdowns
 
I gotta home gym so holidays don’t affect me.. Just got done with a great back workout! My lower back keeps cramping up on me at the moment. Need some more water!!!!

I was there at 7am.
Therapy session sorta of a cheers or thinking of those not here w me-us to celebrate it.
And it was a good one.

Still very thankful and our family had a great Christmas.
 
Christmas and thanksgiving day were my go toos.....
for almost 20 years....

sadly...no more.

ive always had a key to most gyms i went to...
some of my best workouts i was alone in the gym..
 
I did my leg workout in my home gym this morning was my scheduled workout day.
