Who else gets stronger when leaner?

If ur running tren or orals or higher doses that's a given.

Otherwise no. Fat me is strong me [emoji2]

No I'm stronger when I have a more lil size...

Stronger when fat, maybe that's why 99% of strongmen are fat

For me its directly correlated with how much food I'm eating, at least up to a point. I'm cutting right now but can't eat much due to zero appetite. So I'm extremely weak at the moment.

Not really fat but a little bloated, lean and dry weak...

People that cut often focus much more on nutrient dense food and good levels of fat and protein rather than just slamming calories.

Say for example eating a cheap large pizza vs a steak with huge mixed salad and some nuts. The latter is lower in calories but higher in protein, good fats and micro nutrients/vitamins.

The leaner I am the better everything is, it's crazy

I get up to my strongest (maybe even a little stronger) as I get leaner with the exception of maybe pressing...

This is due to tren being in the mix, I'm sure.

Anyways, I come off tren and anything else in the mix, go back to 150/wk test and reverse out and something magical happens...

My diet is usually on point more than ever. I'm ultra insulin sensitive. I'm motivated. And...I just start getting stronger and stronger as the calories go up. I stay leaner, maybe even get a bit leaner if I wasn't doing a contest, and pack on some slow, STRONG, muscle. This establishes a new baseline for me...but after awhile (10-20 weeks, just depends) the gains stop coming (they're slow, mind you, not nearly as fast as if I were using gear, but don't need it at this point). Then I'll keep getting stronger on cycles, hold it, but gains come slower as I get fatter.

Then the process repeats itself :)

oddly winstrol gave me the best strength out of all the orals

when I cut, I get weaker, pretty noticeable but it only starts to decline after about 3-4 weeks

I'm usually stronger up until a point. Once I get to that nitty gritty level of conditioning, strength tends to wane, especially on pressing movements. That said, last time I was in true contest shape was back in my natural days. I've gotten lean, but not to the point of stage lean, since I have not competed in several years.

Makes sense. I've never been there, though...

If you have no plans of competing, it isn't worth it. Feels like utter s*** haha.

Agreed--you can easily get within 8-10lbs range of "stage ready" and still look absolutely insanely lean (my stage ready v.s. others may be different though...LOL) and not feel like dogshit.

I got get stronger. But i do get more stamina, alertness and requires less sleep.

When I get over a certain weight I get sluggish and weaker, when I'm leaner feel better and stronger and have more energy

I'm stronger when leaner as well. Here is a question for the people that have been there..what does it really feel like to be at 6% or less? I mean energy wise, libido, etc. I've made it to 9% and felt normal, but hungry.
