Who else has trouble with calve cramping issues when doing Any type of walking?
I haven’t directly trained calves in decades. They get pumped from basic squats, and have always been way overdeveloped, even over entended periods of not training.
Anytime I do cardio, go for a walk, or particularly even just cut the grass, they cramp up badly. Sometimes it gets to the point where I have to stop and stretch them out. If I don’t stretch them before cardio, they cramp up immediately, and even with a good stretch, if I don’t Slowly build up my speed, I’ll have to stop due to the pain.
Anyone else deal with this?
