Things like cellmass (creatine drinks), fat burners, pre workout drinks etc, do ya'll ever find it a pain to have to wait before you take it or does it really not matter?
Personally, I love the pre-workout stuff. This morning I had 2 scoops of TP's BuzzSaw on an empty stomach. Stuff like this really helps me ... wish I didn't need the kick in the pants tho.
