Who else here suffers from facial seborreic dermatitis?

If so what have you personally done to treat it that works? The only things that I've found that works is regular sun exposure, and going on the carnivore diet. All the other face washes and creams do jack shit.

I've tried a couple antifungals but I don't think that one imma give it a shot. I haven't tried chemical peels. Did they work for you?

I’ve used that aha/bha blend over the past 5 months and enjoy it. Definitely keeps the sebum, grime, and dead skin cells away and gets rid of the dryness as long as you moisturize through the week. I usually use the blend twice a week as to not overdo it. Carnivore diet seems to be pretty good for skin conditions. You’ll have to keep us updated!

Yeah I had a lot of things get better when I was on the carnivore diet. I lost about 15lbs, my sinus congestion and post nasal drip went away, all my eczema and seborrheic dermatitis cleared up, I was sleeping better etc. I just wish it was more sustainable.

One of the biggest hurdles I’ve had implementing is the cost. Cost of red meat right now is pretty crazy, even for your basic cuts.
