Who gets in trouble?

Every once in a while I here about sources get pinched, but I never hear about end users... They just seem to get seizure letters. Maybe I am just not hearing about it (or possibly not paying attention as I am on HRT and I don't worry much about it as I rarely depart from my prescribed 200mg). Anybody care to enlighten me?

End users might have their names dropped to local pigs.
I doubt you'll get a visit for a under 500 order.
I never heard anything more about the AP letter situation.
