Completely disagree. My ancestors were raised on bread and it is a key component to my diet and has never caused a problem. I have taken gluten out of my diet with absolutely no change in inflammation, digestion, strength, endurance, energy levels. Bread is one of the fundamental foods of humans, we developed it independently across many cultures. If you have a problem with it, that sucks, but many many people do not have a single problem consuming bread and breaking the gluten protein down.
This is wrong. While many people don't, many people do. The numbers have gone from 1 out of 2,500 to 1 out of 133 people. Gluten Intolerance is real and you don't have to have celiac to have it.
